shipping policy

JLNY Spa offers 3-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, JLNY Spa orders may experience delays in processing & shipping times. Standard Business Day shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, shipping rates will be automatically calculated and fulfilled by USPS.


Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, or Alaska.

Puerto Rico

We ship to Puerto Rico via our 3-5 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship restricted items to Puerto Rico.


P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and may experience longer than our standard transit times. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.


APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.


Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.


Restricted Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items. 


Business Days & Holidays

All orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US. Based on the shipping method selected, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.


Orders do not ship on the weekends or the following US holidays:

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day


Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Your shipment confirmation email will contain details regarding shipping and tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located on the email. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from JLNY Spa when your order is shipped. You will see the expected delivery date for your order when your delivery option is selected.

We are committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always 100% satisfied with our products, we realize there are times that returning a product may be necessary. If you need to return your product, please review the return information below.

• Returns must be made within 15 days of your receipt date for a refund.

• Products must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

• Unfortunately we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

• Please notify us the reason for your return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.

• Please make sure to keep your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

• All returns will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receipt your item.

• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement. If this takes longer, please contact your banking institution.

• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on may be accepted for a return.

Due to COVID 19, we are not offering exchanges. However, we are happy to send a new merchandise for any merchandise that is defective or damaged within the 24 hours of you receiving the item(s). Please follow the instructions below to qualify.

• Email with the following information: the order number, picture(s) or the defective or damaged merchandise, and a description of the problem.

Please wait for a customer representative to respond to your email within 1 - 3 business days.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.'

• If you received a defective or damaged items you must email us at within 24 hours with the following information

- order number

- pictures of the defective or damaged

- a description of the problem

• We accept exchanges on items purchased on only up to 24 hours after the original purchase. 

• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange. 

• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer care representatives will reach out to you for further information. 

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
